Our Series 3 Rocket Workshop is on the calendar. Join Stephanie Carroll on Saturday from 11:30 to 1:30 to learn and break down the Rocket series 3 class, followed by an ice bath.  Next, Andrea Poppe will set up Handstand Drills on Sunday from 2-3:30; prepare to leave shaking.

We will add a monthly series 3 to the calendar, so now is the time to learn or freshen up.
